Please note that most of our cottages are closed over winter (with only The Farmhouse open), but all the cottages will be open again from April onwards. This excludes Little Owls which has unfortunately been sold.

If we are closed for the dates of your booking then please be assured that you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.

Please click on your arrival date and then use the drop down box to choose the number of nights that you would like to stay (the longer you stay the cheaper it is per night). During the school holidays full weeks can only be booked from a Friday or Saturday (depending on the cottage). The rest of the year we can be flexible on arrival dates and length of stay. When you book, you will be required to pay a 25% deposit, with the balance due two months before your stay.
Whats Included:
Our prices include all costs for heating, electricity and logs for the log burners. Plus we provide all sheets and bedding, towels, tea towels and a few kitchen basics. There is also a travel cot, high chair and stair gate in every cottage. The price includes free use of a local pool all year round and animal feeding (one per family unit) for the children along with a pony ride and a tractor ride (for all ages).
Additional Beds for Children:
We can provide additional fold away beds for children to sleep on. We can put two additional beds in The Farmhouse, Little Owls, Rosebud, Threpney Byre and The Mealhouse (The Mealhouse has a sofa bed that sleeps two children). Or we can put one extra bed in the other cottages. Extra beds are charged at £25 per bed per stay – to cover use of the bed and the supply of additional bedding and towels.
Dogs:
We welcome up to two well behaved dogs in The Mealhouse, Waggoners or Rosebud Cottage plus in The Old Farmhouse. There is a charge of £10 per dog per night. Owners will be held responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
Couples:
If couples want a bit more space in their cottage, then we can offer you a 10% discount if you book a 2 bedroom cottage or 15% discount if you book a 3 bedroom cottage (this applies to short breaks or full weeks). To get your discount please enter the discount code Couples10% or Couples15% in the comments box when you confirm your booking.The discount will be applied to your booking after you have paid your deposit (so will reduce your balance payment).
