Equestrian and Livery

Book a cottage and we will provide free DIY livery facilities for your horse or pony (subject to availability).

Additionally, we occasionally have vacancies for anyone requiring permanent livery facilities (DIY only) for their horse or pony.

Polean Equestrian Centre has a comprehensive range of facilities including:

• A modern (constructed 2001) indoor riding school measuring 196’ by 70’ with a newly laid (Aug 2008) rubber surface, plus excellent natural and artificial lighting (see picture below), providing the ability to ride, whatever the weather (available for use free of charge to all our livery customers - or available for rent at £15 per hour for 'non residents').
• An outdoor sand school measuring 132’ by 82’.
• A new stable block (constructed 2004) with boxes for 23 horses, plus 3 tack rooms (see pictures below).
• Grazing land in individual paddocks with electric fencing.  
• The farm is surrounded by a network of green lanes, offering quiet treking for miles around (find us on multimap).
