Twinkles

Two bedrooms both ensuite. Twinkles is a charming and spacious 'upside down', beamed cottage, with great views across the farm and surrounding countryside. From the downstairs entrance hall there is a double bedroom which has a king size bed and en suite shower room/W.C. Off the hall is also a triple bedded room (three single beds), also with its own en suite bathroom/W.C.

On the first floor there is a very spacious open plan lounge/dining room with kitchen area (with dishwasher), pine floor, vaulted, beamed ceilings and a wood burning stove. The lounge is carpeted and has a brown leather three piece suite along with a 32” LCD digital TV and a DVD player.

From the upstairs lounge there are delightful views from the large windows of the front fields and of Pelynt Village in the background (you also have a great view of the sheep in the front field and of the many passing horses). From the front there is also a great view of the courtyard and children’s play area. There is a sitting area at the front of the cottage in the south facing courtyard - which is an ideal spot to sit in the sun while watching the children in the play area.

Twinkles sleeps five adults or children and an additional baby in a separate cot.
