Three Bedrooms, Three Bathrooms. Named after the owls that still live in the nesting boxes around the building, and that can sometimes be heard at night, Little Owls is a modern barn conversion, set in its own private lawned garden where a decked patio with garden furniture and barbeque offers glorious views (the garden is fenced , so there are no sharp drops for toddlers). Little Owls stands apart from the farm house and the other cottages at the farm (see plan of the cottages), but has access from the garden into the children’s play areas. Little Owls is approached by its own gravelled drive and has parking for several cars. The cottage has three bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom or shower-room. Upstairs, the separate fully fitted kitchen is ideal for family breakfasts, and in the lounge/dining area, furnished with sumptuous brown leather sofas and a cosy wood-burner, the dining area is perfect for relaxed evening meals.
On the ground floor - Bedroom one has a King size bed and a separate dressing area (with double doors out to the front patio). It also has an en-suite wet room with shower, WC and wash basin. Bedroom two has twin beds and its own bathroom with a bath, fitted shower, WC and wash basin. Bedroom three has its own door to the side garden, twin beds and en-suite shower room with shower, WC and wash basin
On the first Floor is the kitchen, and lounge/dining room all of which have vaulted, beamed ceilings. The seperate kitchen has it's own dining table, plus an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic wm/drier, dishwasher and a CD player.
The large lounge/dining-room has wooden floors, contemporary leather furniture, a wood burning stove and a 42” Plasma TV, DVD player and freeview. The dining area has a dining table that can seat eight people. The lounge has views across the fields and has its own door out to the cottages private garden and the decked patio area.
Little Owls sleeps six plus one additional child (max 12 years old) on luxury fold-away single bed and a baby in a separate cot.
